Archita Sahu was born in June 1990 is a leading and popular Oriya actress in Bhubaneswar based Oriya Cinema at Ollywood Orissa. Archita has won laurels in acting, modelling and social works. With her magnificent acting, she has walked away with The best New Comer and Best Actress Awards. She is the new, yet established face in Oriya Films. Her winsome smile and incredible performance makes her the most promising actress.

Archita was interested for dancing, modelling, acting etc since her childhood. She was trained in Odissi also build herself talented as odissi dancer. She has also won National Scholarship in Odissi. In 2004, she was crowned as Miss Kalinga. She did her first Oriya film 'O My Love' in 2005, even before completing her high school. To her credit she has many hits and superhits including 'Babu I Love You', 'Mu sapanara saudagara', 'To payeen nebi sahe janama', ' Akashe ki ranga lagila' which were 100 days super hits. She is currently studying B.Tech in KIIT Deemed University.
